Your purchase includes lifetime updates for the Plugin. “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifespan of the Plugin as determined by aipublish.com. This does not mean perpetual updates but rather updates for as long as the product is actively maintained and supported by the developers.
1.3. Technical Support:
Your purchase includes 1 year of technical support from the date of purchase. Support is provided via live chat, email, and WhatsApp. While we strive to respond promptly, there may be delays due to high demand, time zone differences, or other factors.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. 15-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund:
We offer a 15-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the Plugin for any reason, you may request a full refund within this period. No questions will be asked.
2.2. No Refunds After 15 Days:
After the 15-day refund period has expired, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with new features, compatibility issues, or changes in your requirements.

3.3. Web Scraping Modules:
The Plugin includes web scraping modules that allow you to extract data from websites. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of these modules complies with applicable laws, including copyright laws, terms of service of the target websites, and data protection regulations.
3.4. Data Extraction from Amazon and Feeds:
The Plugin can extract data from Amazon and RSS/Atom feeds. You are responsible for complying with Amazon’s terms of service and any other applicable rules or regulations.
3.5. New Features and Feature Removals:

If you use the Plugin to scrape or extract data from websites, you must ensure that you have explicit permission from the website owner and that your actions do not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. AI Publish and WPAuto Pro are not responsible for any legal issues that may arise from your use of the Plugin.
5.3. Third-Party APIs and Services:
When using third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, OpenRouter, Amazon), you are responsible for adhering to their terms of service and usage limits. You are also responsible for any costs associated with using these APIs.
